Dispute in will

Sir,
If somebody opposses the will and ask for a probate then who has to get the probate from the court.The prson who opposes the will or the befeficiary ? how probate is obtained ?
Please advice.

there is a procedure related to probate the Will and the beneficiary will be filed the probate application/case before court with the required fee.

executor makes application for probate of will . notice is given to all legal heirs . if caveat is filed and any legal heirs contest thee will then the testamentary petition gets converted into suit .
