Summoning to produce documents

hi,i like to know how to get all documents from arbitral tribunal,where the order is passed and the judge is retired now. at present the matter is in city civil court what is the procedure of filing?

the matter is ongoing in city civil court, can i file an IA asking them to produce documents in city civil court?

Yes, you can but if the arbitrator has died then doubt you could get those documents.
If you have copy of award then produce the same in court.

If the case is still pending, the documents cannot be returned to you rather you can get the certified copies thereto.
