Adding name on 7/12

Hello Sir,

We have purchase agriculture land in partnership of 3 ( 1 is friend and we are 2 brothers) in 2012. My friend is having 7/12 of agriculture land but we both brothers do not have a agriculture land so do not have 7/12. My mother is daughter of Farmer.And her name is on the 7/12 of the year 2001-2012 , but after that she has gone through 'hakka sode' i,e. now her name is not on the current 7/12 of her family(brothers).
Though she do not have her name in 7/12 but she is daugher of farmer.And if she is farmer then we 2 brothers as son of her are farmer.But we are facing problem in putting our names on 7/12.
Question is can our both's name can be added in 7/12?
Kindly help. I need to do this.Please help
