Dear All , I had given 406/498a complaint agaist 5 accused including my husband but police has registered FIR against my husbandni only. Now how the rest accused can be punished after leagle trail in court. Kindly advise .

cops must not found any evidence against other accused . you had raised similar query earlier too wherein your husband had offered to return dowry articles .

Sir , Thanks. Rest of accused never called for enquiry. My husband came with his advocate and given his verbal statement and later we found that is changed which is not possible without bribe. I come to know from that office that after taking good amt they have not include the names of rest accused. In retun of dowry he has given a alnirah only and rest all mh dowry articles are pending. Pls let me know how rest accused can be called in the court ?

Even at the time of evidence if there is an evidence against other persons you can implede them as an accused.

You can go with 319 cr.p.c. Provision as after filling your evidence if court found the role of other accused court will summon them.

Majority of 498A cases proved false.
U can only harass them for few years, but cannot punish.
Why the hell, Old family members should be disturbed, Only because your relation with your husband are bad . ???????
JUST STOP UNNECESSARY HARASSMENT TO HIS PARENTS, JUST BECAUSE YOU FAILED TO MANAGE GOOD SWEET RELATION WITH YOUR HUSBAND.
LET THE HUSBAND AND WIFE GO TO HELL / OR HEAVEN, DEPENDING ON THEIR RELATIONSHIP.
WHY OLD PARENTS , WHO SPEND LAKHS, GATHER 1000 FRIENDS AND RELATIVES IN WEDDING TO WELCOME WIFE, SHOULD BE ARRESTED???
ALL 498a CASES ARE BOGUS AND FALSE. (At least 98%,as proved and Reported)
STOP MISUSE OF LAW.
YOUR HUSBAND HAVE TO CLOSE DOWN HIS BUSINESS AT STATIONERY SHOP IN EDUCATIONAL INSTITUTE::A DESTRUCTIVE JOB: RESULT OF YOUR 498A ARREST TO HIM:
Are there justification?
Were u in hospital?? or he??
u r educated , can write here, can fight 125, begging for your food from your Husband , and snatching his bread and butter to feed with his family??
Even your own parents can be in jail when your Bhabhi will come and do what you did??? and she can get you arrested too!!!
DON'T MISUSE LAW.. No One is benefited by 498A
it is house breaking law,
With this act of yours, you permanently broken your OWN HOUSE.
who will accept you, when you JAILED your family members, and begging for food for your survival from them only!!!
And who will provide you food, if all go to Jail?? You are asking them to go to jail, as well as asking them to feed you too!!!!

What are those suffering or violence\?? what effect??
Is there any word like compromise/ settlement/ to bear for bright happy future??
Anybody can slap anybody, but it re bounce, and hit you too.
498A is a anti social, house breaking , useless, non effective, fearful unjust law
The User and the accused, both suffer..
No one get anything except suffering..
And Genuine cases don't get registered.
Bogus cases are filed, in large numbers, breaking marriages, without leaving any space to patch up.
JUST DON'T MISUSE 498A
JUST DON'T STAMP YOUR MARRIAGE
"BROKEN FOR EVER" NON REPAIRABLE DUE TO 498A & REVENGES!!
NOBODY SHOULD BE ARRESTED WITHOUT PROPER POLICE INVESTIGATION, AND DUE ADVANCE NOTICE.....in such Family matters.
