Res Sir,

I have present FIR U/s 406,420,471 ( under 156 (3) CRPC ) After Admission Police Investgation officer Not to done investgation last Two Month .

What can do.

investiagtions take time. cops are over loaded with work .

That Police Investgation also meet to complitant and call at Police station and also last 15-20 time complitant go to station from Investgation Officer but he also show other mean's for work done not take complitant evidance under 161 CRPC.

now what can do it for presser for investgation fast and lawfully investgation.

You can file petition in the concerned Magistrate's court to ask for investigation report from the police.
They would be under pressure then to do investigation and file status report.
