Non agricultural land

Sir
land converted into non-agricultural land. permission granted by collector with conditoon not to sell trnasfer gift etc. part of land sold to prospectove purchasers by taking permission from collector.
Whether fresh collector permission required to sell n.a. lands subsequently to other purchasers
Could u also give the provisions for my knowledge.

You dont need fresh permission as once it is granted.
