Renting of flat

1)Whether a father can give rent to his son against money?The father has two houses
2)Whether a wife can force her husband to discard the husband's parents by citing examples of Women Commission and other feminine friendly laws .The parents do not require any economic support but physical support from the son due to their ailing health/old age

he can give one of his flats as rent to his son . enter into proper registered leave and license agreement .
