My maternal uncles have duped my mother by taking her signatures on hakka sod patra for her ancestoral property. She signed it before the registrar.
They had informed her the signatures will make sure that the property in her name will transfered to me. i.e. her only son.
She is eduacted and well employed.
Am I or she in a position to file any court case against them.
The said property is worth 20 crores.
They have not offered her any compensation, whatsoever. The hakka sod patra also mentions no compensation.

if your mother is educated and well employed she ought to have read the papers before signing .if your mother has signed and regd deed of relinquishment out of her own free will she is at fault
you have stated that vlaue of property is worth 20 crores . contact a local lawyer . obtain copy of document signed before the registrar

Nothing positive can be advised without going through all the documents, consult a local lawyer with all the relative documents.
