India vs republic of iraq

I have a Query,

IF The Repulic of Iraq Govt has filed a case on a company (Indian Co)/Partnership Co/Individual and impose any penality or legal charges.
or
IF any Iraq company Filed a case on a company (Indian Co)/Partnership Co/Individual in Iraq court and if decision is not favourable to Indian client.

Here what will be the situation to Indian co/firm/Individual.

Is there any legal treaties between India and Iraq regarding this to implement.

Please guide me asap.
