Dear All Sir
Want to Know the Method of Proprietor to Convert Partner & then Partnership to Proprietor.
For Exp
Mr. A create firm , then Mr. B Come and join as Partner of mr A, now mr. A resign form Partisanship,
So my question is that for above qus. what proses should be follow.

If you form a partnership, then partnership deed will be the basis.
Again, if any one of the partner dies, resigns etc., then if it was only a two member partnership the same will come to an end.
Thereafter, if there are no terms and conditions which specifically provide that the partnership should be continued with the LRs of the deceased partner, you can do whatever that you like - like starting another fresh partnership with a fresh partner etc., or doing the business as a proprietor.
