Claim on property

hi experts

My wife put 498A and DV case against me and my parents, we were living as a joint family including my elder brother and her wife together, the home is in the name of my elder brother and he is paying the loan also for it.

Can my wife claim a share in that property during divorce case?

Since you are not its owner, your wife can not claim any order in respect of this property.
