Unauthorised subji mandi in the residential colony.

Dear Sir,
Kindly advise the course of action required for removal of subji mandi in the residential colony which has the backing of Member of parliament of the area. The existance of subji mandi is a great menace to the residents. Shall we fight it out in Delhi High Court or we can be successful for its removal through a PIL. If so, kindly advice PIL should be filed in Delhi High Court or Supreme course. Best regards

issue legal notice to municipal corporation for removal of subji mandi . if no action is taken then file PIL

You can serve corporation through notice and thereafter can even file a suit under section 91 of CPC.
