In a civil suit for a property dispute we have submitted a GPA Notarised in Hyderabad Court. The opposite party is complaining as to GPA is notregistered as such it is no valid. Kindly clarify. Thanks in advance for the reply to be submitted.

The dispute is reagarding a WILL on which I have registered in my favour which was contested by other party by producing a diffrent WILL. Now we are contesting this will and I being abroad had given the GPA to my mother to contest the case.
