Do you expect any payment from anybody to the Partnership Firm?
If not, where is the question of anybody deducting tax at source against the PAN No. of the Firm?

You may file final return after closure of the firm and request (with the original PAN card), the Income Tax Department to cancel the PAN as the firm has been dissolved. Officially IT department has prescribed the procedure for cancellation of duplicate PAN but not for such cases.

Final Returns of the partnership might have been sent by you to IT department and if not then send with a specific letter to cancel the PAN no. on the basis of your dissolution of partnership deed. enclose its copy thereto.

All these efforts will not solve your problem.
Even if you cancel the existing Pan No. of the dissolved Firm, UNLESS the persons from whom you expect payments to be received in the name of the new COMPANY, are informed repeatedly of the new PAN No. of the Company against which they have to show the TDS, and the said persons correctly indicate your new PAN No., your problem will continue.
