Regarding booking of flat

Sir,
I have booked a flat of Supertech Ltd, at greater noida through its authorised sales team Super-Direct.
At the time of booking in booking form they have not mentioned any special charge i.e Yamuna-expressway view charge( 5% i.e 1,70,000).
But at time of Agreement with builder, Supertech has add the expressway charge which is not mentioned in the booking form.
When argued with the supertech, they told we are not responsible for false declarations of Super-Direct ( his authorised sales team).
When asked for the cancellation of the booking, supertech told that in case of cancellation my booking amount (10% i.e. 3, 34,000) will be forfeited.
So, at that time I am in a fix whether to pay 1, 70,000 extra or loose 3,34,000 for nothing.
So, I have no option at that time and I pay 1, 70,000 extra.

So now my question is :
(1) Shall I file a claim on Supertech who denied to accept the amount put on the booking form which his authorised sales team Super-Direct has made.
OR
(1). Shall I put a claim on Super-Direct because of whose false declaration I have to pay 1, 70,000 extra. If he told me the truth at the time of booking I would have not book the flat at all with supertech and I will prefer some other builder. So, to just get a customer he made false declaration in the Supertech booking form which later on Supertech denied to accept.
2). Procedue and channel of filling a claim and where to claim either at noida or at my residence place.
(3) Probability of getting the claim and how much and the over how much time period.

You may file your claim in District Consumer Redressal forum having jurisdiction of the flat area or You may file civil case in the civil court. You should file the case against both as defendants.

Chances of success depends upon the evidences, documents and arguments before the court. It can not be predicted.
