Voting right

(Querist) 25 June 2013 This query is : Resolved 
Sirs,
In an Apartments Association having a Membership strength of 50, a member is having ownership of 4 flats. argues that (1) he has a right to cast 4 votes in a meeting to pass a resolution; (2)How to reckon the Quorum with such Member?
Please enlighten me.Thank you.

The bye laws of the society if does not clarify the position otherwise, the advise of expert is agreed that one member has one vote irrespective of number of flat he owns.
