Violation of rent controller order in rcop cases

Rcop controller passed the order against the respondent o vacate the petitioner's property from 90 days from order date. but respondent not vacated till now, what provision applicable for contempt proceedings against the respondent in RCOP cases after passing order?

File an application under Order XXI Rule 27 read with section 151 of CPC before the same authority which passed the judgment under execution.

Order XXI rule 27 only infavour of tenant, how owner file the contempt execution application against the tenant under which provision Raj kumar makkad sir?

Order XXI rule 36 is for tenants.
