Stay on ugc net exam december 2012 result

Dear Sir,
I would like to get a stay on UGC Net Exam Dec 12 result on the basis of below point.
1. Still June 2012 result issue is pending with Kerla and other High court because UGC has change the criteria for the June 2012 result and did not informed the student, after declaring the result those student who failed in the exam enquiry with UGC and come to know that the criteria has been changed so student have register a PIL which is not yet resolved.so how could Dec 2012 result can be declared because again for Dec 2012 aspirant UGC informed the student for the new criteria just 2 days before the examination however this information should be given to the Student before issuing the form or accepting the form.
2. June 2012 exam held before the Dec 2012 exam so June result should be declared with high court judgement thereafter only Dec 12 result should be declared .
3. my third point is that June12 and Dec 12 result should be declared on the same criteria whether they use new criteria or the previous one.
Earlier Student who get 40,40 and 50 percent mark in three seperate paper are eligible for lecturership in June new criteria introduce whichj was not informed the student that student have to pass with the minimum mark in paper 1 with 40% , Paper 2 with 40% and in Paper 3 50% and sould have aggregate score of 65% , Now for Dec 12 aspirant a new criteria is introduce where those only top 15% of the student who cleared the exam are eligible for lecture ship however Kerla high court already clear that Net is not a competitve exam it is a eligibilty exam this criteria is not valid .
Please advise can i get the Stay on Dec 12 result if yes thn how and who can help me to file this case and get a stay.

already in kerala and other high court the june exam issue is pending on what ground
even the UGC can issue the result of dec 2012 if no issued are pending before any court and both are not interelated

As per latest decision, UGC has again adopted its earlier examination style so students are not going to suffer adversely and thus there is no scope for stay thereon.

Sir UGC Declared the result according to the criteria before the Verdict of june 12 issue . please tell me what to do now. UGC updated in the answere keys that 2 question in Management paper are wrong whose answere is not updated in the answere keys.pls help tell me what to share your number i want to take this issue forward
