My wife has filed a false FIR aganist me on 5th Jan, 2013 and my parents u/s 323/342/354/34 . She has sent me and my father to police custdy. We are police bail. Now she is entangle us in 498a/406 cases. She has filed a false complaint in women cell. Two dates have been over. Now my wife is coming for compromise and she want to come back again to my family. Me and my parents have got Notice bail from the court. We both are divorcee. We did marriage dowryless. I have the paper cutting. I dont want to call her back.
I and my wife living seperately with my parents from 3rd Jan, 2013.My parents has two house on Ist floor in one building. One side my parents are living and on the another, me and my life was living. On 5th Jan, 2013 incident, she went to her home. she has the master key of my house. Many times i noticed she came and entered in my house in my absence. My mother has filed domestic violence aganist her in the court and court has accepted. What kind of relief we will get. kindly help

if your wife is willing to with draw 498A case and other cases accept the offer . ask her to give in writing that she wants to with draw the cases . mutual compromise is best option .
if you dont want your wife to enter the house change the locks

It is better in such cases to come to an amicable settlement and even court do persuade parties to do so hence it is in the interest of all concerned to resolve such issues and withdraw the cases as per procedure.

washing dirty linen in public is not advisable . your wife has agreed to with draw cases your mother should follow suit
