Hi,

Is there a solution for someone who has forcefully signed on property transfer papers. Furthermore, the property in question is NOT freehold

Yes! lodge FIR in police station.In addition file a law suit of cancellation of the deed signed by you under coercion.A lease hold property is not transferable without written consent of the land lord or until it is made free hold.
