Dear Member's

I would like to know that what is the slab/rate of court fees in the state of Tamilnadu.

Actually i am planning to file a summary suit in chennai, i wanted to know that how much court fees will leviable. This is very relevant when the amount is in crores.

Kindly send me the chart or schedule for court fees applicable in the state of Tamilnadu.

Dear Prabhakar Sir,
with due respect sir, i have already gone through the above link but to no avail.
current applicable slab of court fees is not mentioned in it.

Kindly send that slab or chart which prescribe the rate of court fees applicable today.

you have to contact local lawyer in Tamil nadu for knowing the court fees .generally there is a maaximum court fees prescribed and the addition in crores for the claim wont make a differnce in court fees payable
