Sister stuck in usa

This message regarding my sister she got married in new delhi ARYA SAMAJ MANDIR in 2010 with NRI.
IN 2012 May she went to usa and she is still there but she is in truble he dont let her go out she can not talk with anybody she felling like she is in jail, there are few more things i can not mention here.
But biggest problem is there that he is getting around one lakh in indian rupees from american govt she just came to know about it, how we all dont know. we can guess only because his mother is old citizen and she is taking care of her we are just guessing this not sure, IF its true means she is working there he dont present her as wife.there is one big problem that my sister can not read and write English.she is calls us from there and she told us all this,
two times she call the police also but they dont talk to her they talk with her husband and left.
So anybody here who can suggest here what we should do so she can come back easily she told him many time since 4 months he always says i will see what can i do.

Any one of you can write to USA / informing torture of your sister, and intervene. Describe that she cannot communicate, and provide with translator, and lodge her complaint

you must be having address of your sister . write to american embasy in New Delhi mentioning facts of the case . state that your sister does not know english .
send a copy to Minisrty of External Affairs .
there must be an association In USA of your community . write to them too .

Arrange to bring your sister to India or you go there. Once she is in India she v=can bring number of criminal actions against her husband and in laws including claim for maintenance.

Nothing new. The brides hungry for NRI grooms do have such fate. In Punjab some NGOs are working in futility. No parents are convinced and intend to learn at their own cost.
She is more unlucky that she has been taken to US most of them are dumped in India itself after enjoying few nights.
Mr Burman is nearest to the solution. But I still doubt whether she will at all be willing to leave US. Most of the boys or girls who land in US or Canada may prefer torture than coming back for a respectable life in India.

thanks to everyone here,
Mr sudhir Kumar she was not hungry it was second marriage of both my sister was widow and he was also we thought about a good future.
she wants to come back not only we want,Yes i have my sister add should i talk to them on phone then i write or i just write them with detail.
when i will inform them how fast they will take action.
there is one thought is disturbing me when i will do this if she is in more trouble then what we will do.

If you tell them clear position then initially shey may feel disturbed but ultimately this is in her interest. You should write a letter instead of calling on phone and keep the record of that letter with postal receipts.
