Can we take loan on land without permission of others

we have a land in our village from our grandfather our family is not divided it my uncle took loan on the land in the 7/12 it was written that it us for his own can we take loan from patpedi without the permission of other members my fathers name is written in the 7/12

Bank is very unlikely to give loan on a joint undivided property without the consent of other co sharers.

For crop loan purpose, if the name of a single person is mutated in the revenue records, banks will not raise objection. For other loans they go deep into the title of the property. Since your uncle's name appeared in the revenue records, he can get a loan from the Bank for raising crops. For crop loans, ownership is not important. Possession of the land is important.
