I lodged a complaint against my husband and his family u/s 498a in uttrakhand. For his safe side,he has already gone to court u/s-9(RCR). His sister is lawyer and registered with bar association in uttrakhand. Nobody lawyer want to take my case, because their fellow lawyer is also accused in this case. Can i fight my case?
because outside lawyer is not registered with that court.what should i do???

Anybody from any court can plead in any other court. He need not be registered with that court.

if you are capable to fight yourself you can fight yourself no need any advocate for your own case, but if you think that advocate will be batter and you are really want to engage any lawyer for your case, you can contact any other lawyer who is not in uttrakhand.
