How to know the partnership firm registration number.

Dear Sir,

My client want to change the P. Deed from
1st April-2012, changes is change of address of Firm and add 2 Partner & Retire 2 Partner. But the Firm Registration Certificate not Found. How can i find the Registration Certificate.

Kindly suggest as earliest.

The firm needs to be only reconstituted not to be registered again.

you can go sub-registrar office and apply for the certified copy/duplicate certificate

You will get it with the registrar of firms

Approach the REgistrar of Firms where you registered your Firm at the first instance and ask for a certified copy of your registration certificate.

Mr Barman is reight,you need to reconstitute the firm and inform the "Registrar of Firms" about the change in the constituion of firm. Need not to re-register.
