Sir I have seen a query on the form wheren it is mentioned that his anticipatory bail got rejected in the swession court on the grounds of dowry articles is still pending.
In our case we are not going to fulfil the demand on inflated list and I don't thinks this girl's side will accept the genuine list due to bad intentions. Does it mean that they have intentions to putting us behind bars?
We will come to know when the file moves for FIR with influence in CAW cell but what if they do not accept the genuine list ....

This is not a ground for rejection of bail.

the bail is right and jail is exception, according to recent SC judgment. I agree with Mr. Burman, it is not a ground to reject the bail, In preeti Gupta Case SC held that the matrimonial case should not be taken seriously,

It all depends upon what kind of evidences are brought on record.
I am not so sure about BAIL IS RIGHT, JAIL IS EXCEPTION. It is seen so many times that the court tries to bring the parties to a settlement about the bail in Delhi specially, by asking the boy's side to pay a certain sum in lieu of Streedhan and other articles.

Today we had a hearing for Domestic Violence .Our lawyer told us not to come to court she would handle. She sent her assistant to take passover and she would reach by 1200 Hrs. The time wise not extended by the judge. The next date was given and told exparty decision would be taken and a case would be lodged on us. Our lawyer is saying nothng to worry. On the next date we all will go.
I am confused whether our case is takng right direction or not

if DV case is filed against you and interim reliefs have been sought you must immediatedly file reply opposing interim reliefs and set out your case .
