Sir, I have purchased Agricultural land through Registered Sale Deed.
But the owner of the rest portion of the Agricultural land has informed me that He has a unregistered REHAN NAMA about the land which I have purchased.
What is the legal position of the REHAN NAMA and my Register Sale Deed.

An unregistered REHAN NAMA has no value in the eye of law and does not create any right in the property, lender can only enforce it by a realization suit against the person who has created it.
Your sale deed is valid and the REHAN NAMA in question can not be enforced against you or against plot bought by you.

You should say to the owner of the rest of the portion of the agricultural land which you purchased that the matter of rehan-nama is not part of the documents hence the seller personally is responsible if any liability is there. Instead of making the relations bad, you should tactfully handle the situation.

if your seller is legal person to sale that subject property mean your sale deed is maintainable before law..
