i am purchased a plot from peer mohamed the plot peer mohamed purchased from ramesh suresh and dinesh the legalhrship ieof bhagwandas the plot purchased by bhagwandas in 1985 in 1989 there is registered settelment betweet bhagwandas and dinesh younger son in 1990 bhagwandas cancelled the registered settelment in registar office and bhagwandas is died in1998 as a legalheir certificate ramesh suresh and dinesh are the legalheirer all the three legalheirer including dinesh selling the same plot to peer mohamed is there any legal problem in this plot

contact a locla lawyer . do due diligence . obtain title certificate from lawyer . let him go therough the papers , take search report and then advise you

spend some moneuy on lawyer fees too
