Marriage registration

(Querist) 14 April 2012 This query is : Resolved 
1.Can a person with no address proof register her marriage.?
2.I want to know whether the PRISTS name & adderess & his presence is required at the marriage registrar's office.?

Pls. advice me on the same.

For Registration, at least one party should be resident of the area of regn, So it is a must.
Priest presence not required.

# Matter was proof of address and not of non-mentioning it.

Every person is having his address which requires to be mentioned as required.
