Sir,
My mother has given General POA to me & in it gave the power to sell the property. I sold the property to my wife for Rs. 5 lacs and payment has been given to my mother since it was sold on her behalf. Is it a valid transaction and binding?

bcoz it was on your mother's name, you collected POA, and want to misuse it, to throw ur father, the ori purchaser out of home??.it amt to breach of trust.
