Please note that i am a Professional & top flour resident of our society had thrown waste containing home disposal to my residence & on informing she had started giving me abuse & also filed a complaint against me at police station .Police called up me & lodged chapter case & took me to thane chapter court wherein i have signed a bond.Please note that my society people had also convinced about my top flour resident to police . Now i would like to know that without making proper inquiry & recording reason can policemen can do so?

Please note that top flour resident who is a schedule caste women also threaten me that she will trapped me in attrocity & other case .Now please advise the course of action to be taken to safeguard myself & family members .....Pl give me reply as my family members are so much tension & worried about me.

My wife had also filed a N.O.C against the same but we were informed by the police that the same has no legal value.My email Id is shahtarun_27@rediffmail.com

For some days your keep quiet dont argue with her. Meanwhile discuss with the secretary and president of the society and let them take the action against that lady.

Yo follow the advice of rajeev and wait for further action of that lady. There is no remedy available in such cases as this special act is being misutilized all over India.

Laws faour SC. Atrocity Act is misused. Police & Curt are helpless, they have to favour SC.

To protect yourself, keep distance.
Keep voice recorder, so she cannot blame you using caste assaults.

SC are Privileged. We have to bear it.
