Who is making construction in the society area?
The courts has power to pass order of injunction to stop such illehal constructions.
Moreover one get immediate result through Executive Magistrate by its power u/s 144 CRPC.

file a complaint first with muncipal corporation . build up a case first . then file suit in local court for demolition ofunauthroised construction . injunction restraining further construction

Initially, issue a legal notice by Advocate to the person who is encroaching land and doing illegal construction. Then file a civil suit i.e. simplicitor suit for injunction to stop the illegal unauthorised construction in rightful possession by the residential society from the court.
