Extension of window frame in mhada flat

Dear Sir,

Please help me as one of my friends owe 2 BHK flat in Mhada colony and he had done rennovation work in his flat before the formation of Society and had extended the Window Frame wall ahead to get storage space below the window (like flower Bed). This was done before the society formation. Now he is residing in his flat and just in the Socity AGM, he was informed to break the wall and restore it back, but breaking the walls and will again cause problems. Request you to kindly advice me how to go forward. Most of the Mhada Residents have extended walls in most of MHADA Colonies.

you can get the reasons from agm, i believe that before constructed you were get approval for this.?

But sir when he was extended it Mhada didnt take any objection, but now society is taking objection. Also, can you please provide me with your contact number.

I replied it ,
yOu must obey AGM resolution

or Go to Co-op Court, and show photos ad custom, to extend it for flowering etc, that does not cause any nuisance to neighborliness or other members, and be allows
EQUALITY AT LAW, OR ORDER EVERYONE TO REMOVE IT.
