can someone claim adverse possession over a farmer protected by section 47 of the tenancy act of 1950 in andhra pradesh

I do not know local laws or Andhra Pradesh but if the restriction is regarding prohibition of transfer of land from sc or ST to others, the plea of adverse possession is not tanable.
