First complaint to police station, get it's acknowledgment, and with all evidence, documents, hospital medical report, file in Court , OMA for investigation by police u/s 156(3) of Cr P C , so FIR will be registered under Magistrate Court order, and investigation will start, including arrest of accused.[Un chastity to woman 7 yrs 506

An application u/sec.156(3)Cr.P.C.does lie only offence committed by the accused in non-bail section.Although court may direct to the police for investigation but most cases Police authority may filed Final report in place of FIR.
