sir, wat r the possibilities of getting success by filing 156(3) to make fir u/s 323,506(ii)of ipc general command required.

First complaint to police station, get it's acknowledgment, and with all evidence, documents, hospital medical report, file in Court , OMA for investigation by police u/s 156(3) of Cr P C , so FIR will be registered under Magistrate Court order, and investigation will start, including arrest of accused.[Un chastity to woman 7 yrs 506
