Once the settlement deed is registered. between the father and son after the death of father settlee is entitle for partition in remaining property or not

The son is entitled to get share on the other properties. This settlement will not affect his rights.

Anyway, it settlement deed was executed between father and his son and later on father expires then son is entitled to get the partition for his share with other co-sharers of the property.
