land (layout) situated in banglaore . its DC converted land , before purchase what are the documents i have to scruitinise
and is it mandaotry to take no objection certificate to the converted land form BDA BMRDA,BBMP Etc .

Ask from the owner for non-encumbrance certificate to be granted by the concerned Tehsildar of the area.

Non Encumbrance Certificate is applied before Registrar/sub Registrar
paying fees prescribed for 30 years inspection.Follow Mr.Tom or Mr.Manoj Kumar's referral.

I am of the considered view that such person is required to obtain NOC from all concerned authorities for safer side and NEC is also a helpful document for this purpose.

NEC meaning already told by Mr. Tom on My behalf.

Conversion of land at bangalore is govern by local laws. so I can't farm opinion.

For NOC purpose, hire local lawyer.
