If one files any complaint against his lawyer, change of lawyer for defending his case is automatic. It need not say specifically. I had advised for compensation and action against such lawyer.

Raj, The issue of faith is difficult to prove in court especially before Consumer Courts wherein the summary procedure is followed better in such eventuality the Civil Court jurisdiction is invoked for getting compensated/damages. Further if a complaint ought to be lodged in my humble opinion it has to be filed with Bar Council. I hope this clarifies the issue.
