Dear Sir, I have purchased 245 Acre land for some industrial purpose in single area. But for project purpose we need to get permission as per rules, as per Dev. Commissioner (Ind.) office. in BTATL 631A they provide pre. purchase permission only Land available at Thane District. Pls. Advice me how to get permission and in witch law i will save my land.

If you are going to start industry there will be no harm to title of land.and inform same to ind dept.further advice may contact with details.

As permission for purchase was necessary which you didnot obain prior to purchase so a penality may be imposed.

Permission was a pre requisite which you disobeyed,none of us can save you. Either manage a fresh permission and then get a fresh sale deed registered loosing stamp duty incurred,Or get the law amended with retrospective effect.
YOUR CONSIDERATION HOWEVER IS SAFE FOR REALIZATION UP TO 3 YEARS FROM THE DATE OF THE VOID SALE DEED.
