Complaint cases

(Querist) 20 September 2011 This query is : Resolved 
can a revision court clubbed two separare complaints into one for hearing. the complainant and all the accused are same. one of the complaint is dismissed and in another complaint summons were issued. in both the cases revisions are pending. At this stage can the accused approach to High court.

Yes as per the decision of the supreme court , while adjudicating cross cases the court should make a clubbed hearing.

Both the complaints are not cross cases. both the complaints are filed by the same complainants and against same accused. In such scene, can the accused move to high court at this stage.

No. Accused persons have no ocassion to approach High Court when their revision is already pending for hearing before Sessions Judge.
