i want your kind help in procedure of replacing the judge.
please tell me what is the procedure to replace a judge and how can we apply for that???

Move Hon'ble High Court.

You can not replace the judge. But, you can change the court of hearing.

For this a transfer petition has to be filed.

Replacement of a judge is not a remedy available for a litigant in India. Such litigant may apply for transfer of case but if his grounds seeking change are found false or inadequate then such litigant may also be imposed with fine and no transfer takes place in those circumstances.
