the experience of a shareholder can be regarded as experience of a company.true or false?
R.Ramachandran (Expert) 12 August 2011
If an experience of a single man in a country is the experience of the entire country, then experience of a shareholder can be regarded as experience of a company.

If one person in a country is suffering from cancer means every one in the country is suffering from cancer, then your point is also correct.

If one person in a country is dead means everyone in the country is dead, then your proposition is absolutely correct.

There goes a saying in eastern villages "JAISE KO TAISA BHAWANI KO BHAINSA"

"no answer could be as effective to this query as is one of Mr.R.Ramachandran " i simply concur him .

Its depends upon the circumstances. Senior mr.ramachandran gave 3 examples.. 3 examples can be used on various circumstances only. If saina nehwal won the world championship mean world will say as india won the title.. We captured kasap in taj hotel's issue. We saying we captured kasap only. We not saying as we captured pakistan. So its depends upon the act and circumstances. Here we can take as positively.

Numerous shareholders join together and form the company. So, a individual shareholder's experience can not be equated to the company's experience.
