TRUE TYPING OF DOCUMENTS

Guest (Querist) 29 November 2010 This query is : Resolved
IS IT NECESSARY TO REPRODUCE ALL RECORDS OF HIGH COURT PROCEEDINGS AS TRUE TYPED, WHILE FILING AN SLP?
WHILE FILING SLP, CAN WE FILE AN APPLICATION FOR EXEMPTION FROM TRUE TYPING AS IN HIGH COURT ?
Devajyoti Barman (Expert) 29 November 2010
yes. The photocopy will do. Only the order impugned before the supreme court needs to be certified copy.

it is necessary to file legible typed copy of the documents for filing of any petitioner before High Court and Supreme Court. In case, the document is in vernacular language for filing of petition before SC it is also necessary to file to file English translated copy of the document with the certificate of certified translator or Advocate that the same is true translated copy of the document.
