Supreme Court Judjement - Applicable date

Hello,
As u all know recently SupremeCourt gave judgement on the stilt partking spaces that "Builders have no right no that...".
Can u plz let us know whether that is for that Mumbai association only or for all states it is applicable ?

Every ruling of the Supreme Court applies for whole country.

Then from when it will be applicable?
Bcoz the judgement came 2 months back.
Is it possible to apply that rule to the buildings/associations constructed before 2 years ?

We were not able to find that..
can anyone plz confirm that from when it will be applicable this rule.

Bcoz my owners association is creating paking problems for me. They are showing this Judgement and sutting up everyones mouth...

The association is not bound to company the decision of the supreme court if it was not the party to that case. You have to initiate legal proceeding to give effect to that decision.

The judgement of SC is deemed to an act.in jurisprudence binding to whole country, for its enforcement you have to initiate legal proceeding,as per Barman sirs advice.u can download the copy of judgement and simply apply to Police for ur right.
