In India is Registration of Ambulance is necessary in Hospitals?

If Yes What is the Procedure for that and under which Legislation?

yet, as it is for a good cause, I prefer to reply.

The State Transport Department will register ambulances unless the hospitals concerned submit certificates from the Health Department of the Government that they were to be registered as such.

2) Is there any Specific provision or Law about if any Accident Happened due to negligence of Ambulance?
