Power of attorney id proofs

hi we are going to register POA we only have id proof of POA agent so what we should do if we dont have id proof of POA Giver or the principle?

you need id proof like PAN card . without id proof registration wont be done

Passbook of bank acount is not valid id proof.Pan card,Driving licence,Voter id card,Ration card or Adhar card are valid proof.

How a Gazetted Officer would be able to give description of your face to enable others to identify or recognise you?

identity certificate from gazzeted officer is eligible for issuing pan card so it can be used for registration i guess?

Yes PAN Card is valid proof.
Mere identity certificate would not do.
