dear sir whether any female can get his share from his fathers property,according to 2005 amendment of Hindu succession act 1956,and it will be effected from which date.or it will be effected on or before 2005 ?

after 2005 only effected and depend upon the marriage date and partition

Daughter is having a right since 1956 in the self acquired property of the father and since 2005, she is further entitled to inherit equally with her brothers in ancestral property also. Earlier she was having just a token share thereto.
