I DID NOT DEFEND THE SUIT FILED BY LANDLORD MY DEFENCE WAS STRUCK AND CASE POSTED FOR EXPARTE WHICH IGOT SETASIDE. AGAIN IDIDNOT CONTEST AND CASE DECIDED EXPARTE . COURT DIRECTED ME TO VACATE. IDIDNOT VACATE AND LANDLORD FILED EXECUTION. WILL COURT SUMMON ME BEFORE ISSUANCE OF WARRANT OF POSSESSION. CAN IDEFEND MY CASE NOW

You have failed to defend the case and then take the process to "U" turn and again did not defend. Legal process is not a joke.

In view of the sequence of the events, you need not be called before the court to explain your position rather it is now upon the court to get executed its order by way of all means available with it under the provisions of Order 21 of CPC.
