Sir ,
I have very important query to ask, I liked one girl but as usual that India family problem .
She is relative to me , the girl is my stepmothers cousin’s doughter as we are not related by blood .
Does it affect your court marriage decision ?

As you are Hindu, you cannot marry a girl who is the daughter of your stepmother's sister; you can marry a girl who is the daughter of your stepmother's brother.

If both of you are Hindus, the relationship falls under prohibited spinda and you may (should) not marry, since she is your sister in relation, being daughter of your mausi (step-mother's sister)

Your step mother is not a blood relative to you neither her own relative's daughter come under any restricted or prohibited relationship, neither the sapinda relationship clause attracts, hence you can very well proceed to marry her if her parents do not object.
