sir;
i am an advocate;

is it required by an advocate to contact a bank before giving title clear certificate to his clients or not?
what are the rules and guidelines for providing t.c.r. to the clients?

ajaysinh sir, agreed with advise of Mr. adv.bharat sir. In my opinion you need not consult bank before you send the legal advise if you are the legal adviser of that bank.
